There are healing foods for just about anything that ails you. The developer of this app researched numerous medical websites to gather information on foods that help or heal 75 health conditions and illnesses, as well as foods that either cause or aggravate them. This app is designed as a personal journey toward better health via nutrition as a healing force.

FEATURES:

*Health Issues:
Premium Menu gives you the power to add, edit, or delete conditions. Your list begins with 75 conditions I added for you. If you know of others to add, simply tap the "+" and add the condition, healing foods, and aggravating foods.

- Add any of these conditions to your personal and editable "My Page" for easy reference.

- Generate and edit grocery lists based on the conditions you add to "My Page."

- Use the "Notes" section to write whatever you want about your conditions, the foods you try, which foods are helping you the most, and so forth.

- Print and/or Share (via text, email, social media, etc.) any of the conditions, as well as "My Page" text, "Notes," or "Grocery List."

- Pinch/Zoom feature on "My Page", "Notes," or "Grocery List."

- See a special random quote each time you visit the "Home" screen.

*My Healing Meals:
Take photos of your own healing meals, then easily add them to your personal list of healing meals. Sample meals are included, and you can delete them by swiping or tapping the edit button. Rate your meals with smiles. Add any of your conditions the meal helps with. Each meal you add becomes part of the list that you can tap on to view details, edit, as well as change the photo. There is a notes section to add whatever you want to say about the meal. Share your meals via text, email, FaceBook, etc.

*My Healing Journal:
Keep a journal of your journey to better health through healthy eating. Add a photo from your phone to each entry simply by tapping on the sample photo - or keep the sample photo if you like. Edit your entries. Delete unwanted entries by swiping on them in the list, or using the edit button.

*My Wellness Tracker:
Track your progress simply by tapping the "+" to add a new daily entry, and start typing and rating. Begin by entering the healing foods you have consumed that day, then rate your overall feeling of wellness. There are lots of wellness ratings you can enter, and only need to rate the ones related to you. Next you can enter totals and readings for things such as blood pressure, glucose, your weight, hours of sleep, etc. Track as many or as few as you desire. Next, there is an area where you can enter new medications and/or medication changes that may be affecting the way you feel. Finally, there is a notes section where you can write whatever you want about your conditions, how you feel today, whether or not medications are having an adverse effect, or whatever you want to write about.
